Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship all Australian orders via Australia Post using prepaid satchels. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.
You can choose from the following options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping — estimated 2–8 business days depending on location
- Express Shipping — estimated 1–3 business days depending on location
International Shipping We ship internationally via Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination.
You can choose from the following options at checkout:
- Standard International — estimated 10–20 business days depending on destination
- Express International — estimated 5–10 business days depending on destination
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch. Custom orders may require additional processing time.
Tracking All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
